Norrie Strintzos never wanted to be a Lawyer. In fact, he initially stepped into the legal industry to develop a deeper understanding of commercial transactions. After a couple of years of practice, Norrie discovered a passion for working with businesses to promote their growth. He has a particularly keen interest in start-ups and being part of their journey from conceptual phase to equity raising to their development into a viable business model.
Norrie has a real understanding of the commercial realities of business and he appreciates that any legal solutions must be aligned with the commercial objectives of your business. Norrie is valued for his practical and straight forward advice.
Norrie’s focus on corporate and commercial law extends to business advisory, property development including leasing and acquisitions and dispositions, franchise agreements, intellectual property advice, structuring advice and all facets of commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

Sally has a reputation of providing practical and clear advice and often develops strong relationships with her clients. Sally is keen to understand the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of her clients so that any advice provided captures her clients’ objectives. Having worked within businesses for many years, Sally understands the day to day business pressures and is comfortable balancing legal and commercial interests in challenging and dynamic business environments.
With nearly 30 years’ legal experience in Australia, Europe and the UK, Sally has assisted global brands through to start ups achieve their strategic objectives. Her extensive experience in business law includes advising on matters involving commercial negotiations, data protection and exploitation, competition and consumer law, supplier and public sector procurement, software, protection of intellectual property and capital, corporate governance, risk management and mitigation, and business development. Her experience extends into property law include leasing, and building and construction of retail, commercial and residential properties.
Sally has a wealth of knowledge in the employment law space, encompassing every aspect of an employee life-cycle from hiring through to managing an employee’s exit. Providing sensitive and pragmatic advice, Sally’s experience is invaluable in providing strategic human resource advice, industrial relations management, and sensible workplace policies.
Whilst Sally loves litigation, she is a strong advocate of exploring resolution early so that her clients can focus their time and resources on pursuing their business objectives rather than being forced to divert resources to litigation. Whilst Sally will handle all aspects of litigation and alternative dispute resolution, Sally is a strategic and steadfast negotiator, approaching disputes in a practical, commercial and intelligent manner, with a view to maximising her clients’ objectives.
